Outpatient Psychotherapist
The Center for Family & Maternal Wellness is seeking Licensed Psychotherapists to provide mental health services in an outpatient setting in Charlotte, NC. Therapists are expected to provide comprehensive clinical assessments, case management as needed, and individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based theories. Qualified candidates will also need strong documentation & time management skills. We are seeking self-motivated and driven individuals who are also willing to contribute to their own caseload.
Ideal candidates will be empaneled with several different commercial insurance carriers and MCO’s. Certification or training in an evidence-based treatment model such as TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc is a plus. Candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, possibly to include some evenings. Hours may vary based on caseload. For highly qualified candidates, paneling may be offered as part of the hiring incentive.
Qualified candidates must have a Master's Degree in Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or Counseling and full licensure as an Independent Practitioner in the State of North Carolina is required. Bilengual candidates a plus. LCAS credential is a plus. Applicants with provisional licensure will not be considered. One year post graduate experience in a clinical setting with children, adolescents, and adult population is required. Valid NC driver’s license and clean driving record required. If you do not see your school listed and are interested in interning at CFMWellness, you will need to initiate an Affiliation Agreement between your school and our practice.
